New Japanese Show on KTSF
Posted inBay Area station KTSF broadcasts Japanese television shows locally on Channel. 26. Starting Saturday, Aug. 9, from 9 p.m., it will begin showing a new Japanese show, "Daisuki! Itsutsu Go Go!!" (We Love Quintuplets!).
The show will air in Japanese with English subtitles.
This family drama has been airing on Japan's TBS network every summer since 1999. The story revolves around the Sakurai family, which comprises the father and mother and their quintuplet kids. The characters face the trials and tribulations that all teenagers face in high school. They deal with the hardships of studying, working part-time, and heavier things as well. Things like future dreams, and love.
The cast features Yasuhiro Arai as Ryosuke Sakurai, a busy junior high school teacher, and his wife Momoko, played by Yumi Morio, who struggles to raise her teenage quintuplets. The kids are played by Takahiko Yanagisawa, Risa Sasaoka, Shuichi Yamauchi, Mami Nagaoka, and Fujimaru Suzuki.
