SAN JOSE — Yu-Ai Kai will present a healthy cooking and nutrition workshop on Thursday, Feb. 25, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Akiyama Wellness Center, 110 Jackson St. in San Jose Japantown.
The workshop is for those who are seeking a healthy lifestyle, or have pre-diabetes, diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Participants will learn:
