Yasuko Morimoto passed away peacefully in her home in Mountain View surrounded by her family on July 24, 2008.

She is survived by her children JoAnn (Aki) Kawayoshi, Carolyn Morimoto, Naomi Morimoto, and Roger (Chris) Morimoto; and her grandchildren Mark, Jenny (Leonhard), Melanie, Lauren, Daniel, Michael, and Paul.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Saturday, Aug. 2, at 11 a.m. at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 4243 Manuela Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94306.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Aldersgate UMC; Pathways Hospice Foundation, 585 N. Mary Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94085; or a charity of your choice.
